PURPOSE STATEMENT: The HR Administrator provides administrative support and project assistance to the Director of Human Resources and for the HR department facilitating the efficient operation of the department. In addition to supporting a multitude of HR activities with a variety of timelines, utilizing software and analytical skills to provide support for HR Directors, Managers, Generalists and other People Network leaders. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/OUTCOMES: Administrative Support (50%) Provide HR support to include Talent management administration, HR reports/analytics, being proficient on our HRIS system, creating presentations, spreadsheets, organization charts, orientation, etc Provide general HR Administrative support for performance management tracking, compensation administration salary information, etc.) and HRIS data input/maintenance, answering telephone inquiries, scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements, filing, record retention, town hall meetings, conferences, meetings, including inviting attendees, reserving conference rooms, arranging for catering, utilizing Lync, etc Assists HR Team on various human resources projects Keep associates informed of all changes in human resources policies, counsel with associates on policies and work related problems Code invoices for approval and maintain account balances(eg Web cycle) Anticipates the needs of HR business leaders and proactively addresses needs Performs other day-to-day functions such as maintaining adequate office supplies and ordering supplies as needed Maintain up-to-date calendars for HR Directors Presentation materials, analysis support , project support: (45%) Provide intermediate level excel spreadsheet support (eg pivot tables, graphs, etc.) to meet necessary deliverables for HR Leaders (eg acquisition materials, organization structure changes, gap analysis, etc.) Provide advanced level PowerPoint support (eg SmartArt, org charts, etc.) in creating and developing presentation materials/tools, creating documents (eg competency materials, etc.), organization charts, etc. for HR leaders to meet necessary deliverables Additional data management support as needed Gather and furnish data as needed - processes queries, reports and able to leverage all manner of HRIS systems (ATS, HRIS, etc.) partnering with HRIS/Compensation to provide data to HR Directors to meet necessary deliverables Planning and various special projects, researching and compiling information, preparing presentations, developing reports, etc Manage special projects as assigned providing coordination as needed Other Duties (5%) Assist with departmental budget May prepare expense reports as well as review Directors and Managers expense reports for accuracy taking the necessary steps to research and rectify discrepancies Serve as a backup to the other HR Administrator Performs other related responsibilities as needed to support Rich Products Corporation Business objectives HR Administrator Job KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field with three years of experience providing HR support in a team environment (experience specifically supporting general HR preferred) Proficient in Microsoft Office software minimum intermediate level user of excel (eg pivot tables, formulas, graphs, etc.); advanced level user of PowerPoint (org chart function, SmartArt, etc.), intermediate Lync skills Demonstrated ability in being able to be independent and self-starter in establishing priorities and meeting deadlines Demonstrated ability in working in a fast-paced environment juggling multiple competing tasks and demands Ability to communicate and work effectively with multiple levels and different functions within the organization including solid communication and presentation skills Demonstrated ability in successfully working in a team environment required Work requires continual attention to detail in creating reports and materials; data entry, etc. Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information required Ability to assume responsibility without direct supervision, exercise initiative and judgment, make decisions within the scope of assigned authority and deal with highly confidential matters Must be a fast learner and able to assimilate new software, procedures and techniques as introduced Please apply at : www.rich.com/careers www.rich.com/careers Rich Products Corporation provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics.
