Community Association Manager Join one of the most well respected management firms in the Western New York area Our company is seeking a highly motivated Community Manager for a portfolio of condominium/homeowner associations. This position is responsible for managing the relationships with the Board of Directors and homeowners of the community and overseeing the maintenance of the grounds, common areas and other property assets.Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Manage the customer service experience for the association and correct any shortcomingsDraft budgets, read and understand monthly financial statements, explain delinquency procedures and reportsConduct inspections of common elements of association property to ensure proper maintenanceProcess and code all invoices for payment in a timely manner per Association policyMonitor vendor and contractor activityPrepare written monthly management reportsAttend and participate in monthly and annual Board of Directors meetings and other meetings required.Know all community governing documents and enforce all Rules and RegulationsRespond to concerns of community residents within the community's policy parametersKeep the Boards and Management apprised of all unusual problems or situationsParticipate in continuing education and training programs made available per company policy Job RequirementsMinimum of Associate Degree and / or 2 to 4 years community association management experienceValid NY Drivers License and reliable transportationCommunication skills::both written and verbal::with a polished, professional and friendly demeanorOrganizational and analytical skillsAbility to multitask, solve problems, and apply common sense understanding to multifaceted situationsPossess leadership skills and professional presenceKnowledge of financial reports and budgets with math skills required to read, understand and create spreadsheets.Experience with contract negotiation and facility managementProficiency in MS Office, Excel, OutlookGood command of the English language required Benefits and PerksHealth insuranceBonus programCompany gym with personal trainingPaid holidays and vacations EOE
